The GRAMMYs are never really a night for alternative or rock music, but there were some pretty cool moments at this years soiree. Beck’s Colors won Best Alternative Album and also Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical making Emily Lazaar the first woman to ever win this award. Greta Van Fleet won Best Rock Album, and Chris Cornell won Best Rock Performance posthumously. Cornell’s kids accepted the award in honor of their late father. You can watch the speech they gave, below. FAIR WARNING, you might want to grab some tissues.

St Vincent also won Best Rock Song with “Masseduction” which was co-written by Jack Antonoff of Bleachers.

She released the music video following her Grammy win.

The big winner of the night was Childish Gambino who’s song “This Is America” won Best Song Of The Year, Best Record Of The Year, and Best Music Video.
