Judah and the Lion Confirm New Album

This shouldn’t really come as much of a shock, seeing as the Nashville based trio have released 3 songs in the past 2 months, but the rumors and murmurs have been confirmed. Our friends Judah and the Lion are indeed releasing a new album later this year, called Pep Talks. The band announced on their social media that they will also be doing something very similar to our Spin Sessions. They will be doing what they call an “Intimate Album Listening and Storytelling Experience”. Tickets for these experiences will go on sale this Friday at 11 AM EST.

We wanted to officially tell you: we have spent more than a year creating a new album. It’s called Pep Talks. We genuinely have never been more excited to share something with you. It’s extremely personal, painful, intense at times, but hopeful overall. We wanted the opportunity to share the story with you all on a deeper level than might come across at a show. Pep Talks comes out in May BUT we’ll be doing a handful of listening events in April for our FAMILY to hear it early. We’re calling it An Intimate Album Listening and Storytelling Experience. Come sit with us as we share the album with you, and process these stories of deep pain, low moments, and hopefully a reason to move forward. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10AM central. . . 4/16 Charlottesville, VA – Jefferson Theater 4/17 Knoxville, TN – Bijou Theatre 4/18 Athens, GA – 40 Watt Club 4/23 College Station, TX – Rudder Theatre 4/24 Fayetteville, AR – George’s Majestic Lounge 4/25 Columbia, MO – Blue Note . .
